CHICKEN LASAGNA DINNER

1 pkg. (8 oz) lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

1 can (10 3/4) cream of celery soup

2/3 cup milk

1/2 tsp. onion salt

1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese

1 cup small curd cottage cheese

1/3 cup chopped yellow onion

1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley

3 cups diced cooked chicken meat

 

Preheat oven to 375F. In a saucepan, blend together the soup, milk, onion salt and poultry seasoning and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and cottage cheese, and stir in the onions, and parsley.

In a baking dish, arrange 1/2 of the noodles, spread on 1/2 of the cheese mixture, 1/2 of the soup mixture, and 1/2 of the chicken. Repeat. Bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
