CONFETTI SPAGHETTI

1-12 ounce package of spaghetti

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1-14 1/2 can diced tomatoes, undrained

1-8 ounce can tomato sauce

1-tablespoon brown sugar

1-teaspoon salt

1-teaspoon chili powder

1/2-teaspoon pepper

1/4-teaspoon garlic powder

1/8-teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)

 

Cook spaghetti according to package.  Brown the ground beef, green pepper, and onion.  Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.  Drain spaghetti.  Stir the spaghetti into the beef mixture.  Put in a 9x13 that has been sprayed with Pam.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.  Bake until cheese is melted.
