HARVEST HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 28-ounce can tomatoes, with liquid

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

1-teaspoon salt

2 cups sliced potatoes (4 medium)

1/3-cup all-purpose flour

1 10-ounce package frozen corn

1 10-ounce package frozen lima beans

1 green pepper cut into strips

1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Brown ground beef and drain well.  In a mixing bowl combine the beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire and salt.  Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole.  Layer potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green peppers.  Bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking uncovered for 30 more minutes.
