HUNGRY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE

1 pound lean ground beef

16 ounce can pork and beans

3/4-cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

¼ cup diced onions

1 can refrigerated biscuits

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Brown the beef and drain well.  Stir in beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onions.  Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.  Cut the biscuits in half and place cut side down around the edge of the casserole.  Sprinkle cheese in the middle.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Serves 6.
