ITALIAN BEEF CASSEROLE

1 pound lean ground beef

1 8-ounce can sliced mushrooms

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 10-ounce packages chopped spinach

1-cup sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2-teaspoon garlic powder

3 teaspoons dried minced onion

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Brown the beef and mushrooms.  Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese.  Place in a 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle cheese on top.  Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
