SAVORY MEATBALL CASSEROLE
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

1/3-cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoon chopped onion

1-teaspoon chili powder

1/8-teaspoon pepper

6-ounce package of noodles

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1-cup evaporated milk

1/4-cup water

Paprika

 

Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, chili powder and pepper.  Shape into small meatballs.  Cook in skillet until browned evenly.

Boil noodles until just cooked. Drain.

In large bowl combine soup, milk and water.  Mix well.  Fold in noodles and meatballs.  Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. 

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.  Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
