1 package smoked sausage
1 pound round steak
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 green peppers, chopped
4 potatoes, diced
1 can green beans
1 can kidney beans
1-teaspoon basil
2 cups beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes
Cut
up the sausage and beef. Brown beef and sausage.
Add onion, garlic and pepper and cook until tender. Mix in the potatoes, beans and
seasonings. Put in a 3-quart casserole
dish. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 2
cups boiling water and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and fifteen minutes.
